Escape to the country and embrace a lifestyle defined by breathtaking scenery, productive farmland and exceptional infrastructure. Set across approximately 25 acres of rolling Central Victorian countryside including the house paddock, Mount Hope offers a rare opportunity to rent a beautifully restored homestead together with approximately 20 acres for a pony, alpacas, sheep etc

The beautifully reinstated homestead has been thoughtfully restored to its former glory and features 3 generous bedrooms, a central family bathroom and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces designed to capture the spectacular rural outlook. A welcoming covered porch overlooks the established gardens, while spacious living zones, a cosy solid wood heater, large laundry and modern country kitchen create a home that is both comfortable and functional.

Step outside to discover a property where every detail has been carefully considered. Extensive water holdings support the productive grazing country, while quality fencing has been recently restored and electrified, allowing the property to operate as a genuine turnkey cattle and sheep enterprise.
Infrastructure is extensive and includes:

• Former shearers’ quarters converted into guest accommodation
• Multiple machinery and storage sheds
• Hay shed
• Restored and electrified fencing throughout

Whether you’re seeking a small grazing property to call home, a family lifestyle farm or a picturesque country retreat, Mount Hope delivers on every level.
